Aniline Point Apparatus - "Thin-Film" Unit, ASTM D611, Koehler

Description 

A compact unit for determining the aniline point of dark petroleum products and organic solvents according to ASTM D611. It gives an estimate of the aromatic and paraffinic content of petroleum products and other organic solvents.Units are assembled with an interchangeable composition cover. Thus changes in cover assemblies are quickly and easily made when necessary. Efficient stirring of the bath liquid and the sample is accomplished by means of a 1/4 hp, 1550 rpm motor with a belt-driven pulley. The cooling coil permits controlled cooling. Supplied with composition cover with clamp, Thin-Film Tube, light glass pump body, 6 to 8-volt light source, stainless steel pump rotor, 2 thermometer ferrules and 1000 mL cylindrical glass jar. The apparatus is supplied complete as described, but without thermometers and heater which must be purchased separately. For operation on 115 volts, 50/60 Hz, AC.
