Temperature Compensated Barometer, Cole-Parmer

These attractive, high quality aneroid barometers feature a traditional brass case and include a bezel for easy bulkhead mounting. They are ideal for watching impending weather changes and accurately measure atmospheric pressure from sea level to 2000 feet. They also simultaneously monitor temperature with a built in alcohol-filled glass thermometer. A bimetallic strip provides temperature compensation, which preserves pressure reading accuracy over the temperature range from -10° to 50°C (14° - 122°F). Two models to choose from. Catalog number 16-4155-05 displays pressure in mm Hg over the range of 698 to 802mm Hg and 930 to 1070 mbar. Catalog number 16-4155-07 offers pressure in inches Hg over the range of 27.5" to 31.6" Hg and 930 to 1070 mbar. Does not require batteries or external power.
