Cell Disruption Bombs - Parr Instrument Company

Bomb provides all necessary equipment for rupturing cell tissues by nitrogen decompression. Cell suspension volumes up to 500 mL can be treated in the 920 mL bomb. Smaller samples down to a few milliliters can also be handled by placing the sample in a beaker or test tube within the bomb. Volumes up to 1000 mL can be handled in the 1850 mL bomb. Maximum working pressure is 2200 psig. Nitrogen is fed into the bomb from a commercial cylinder equipped with a CGA-580 outlet socket.

Bomb is supplied complete with 0-3000 psi gauge, internal drip tube, nitrogen filling connection, delivery tube, wrench and three O-ring gaskets.
