Translucent open-top tubes are ideal for use in refrigerated centrifuges up to 10,000 x g (at 4°C) and non-refrigerated use to 7,000 x g. Supplied without closure. Lipped for handling ease. At high speeds, this lipped tube should ALWAYS be filled to at least 80% of total capacity and ALWAYS be used with NALGENE friction-fit closure
