Designed for collection and recovery of water-borne contaminants Cryptosporidium and Giardia. Large void volume allows for ellution of organisms and sediment within capsule housing, reduction of processing variability, and minimizing exposure to contaminants. Open pleat structure provides maximum recovery of retained materials. Supor hydrophilic polyethersulfone filter membrane provides greater than 80% recovery of target organisms. Polycarbonate housing with polypropylene filter support. Inlet/outlet connections 12.7mm (1/2 in.) straight hose barb. Pore size 1µm.
