Designed for use with Whatman glass microfiber filters
Three-piece construction permits quick filter changing and easy cleaning. Reservoir, base and stem are borosilicate glass with ground contact flanges. Clamping pressure provides a leak-tight seal. Solutions pass through filter and all retained solids are deposited within filter circle. Clamps are plastic-coated for chemical resistance. Replaceable filter support plates of transparent acrylic are suitable for most aqueous solutions and some dilute acids at working temperatures to 65°C maximum.
Ideal for water testing and for biomedical, microbiological and clinical chemistry.
