Furnaces - Box, Digital, Programmable Controller for Operation to 1100°C, Lindberg/Blue M, Moldatherm®

Incorporating Moldatherm®, a unique ceramic fiber insulation and heating composite, these furnaces provide the user with fast heating, light weight and high efficiency at low cost. Maximum temperature of 1100°C.

Moldatherm® plus double wall construction results in low power consumption, rapid cooling and a cooler exterior than with conventional firebrick furnaces. Safety interlock disconnects power if door is opened. Built-in PID microprocessor-based contoller simultaneously indicates setpoint and process temperatures in °C or °F. Fully configurable through splash-proof front panel, it allows ramping at a controlled heatup rate to setpoint. Digital controller offers 16 programmable segments, 1 program with 8 ramps and 8 dwells. Adjustable high limit over-temperature protection. Self-tuning feature automatically sets best control parameter values during operation.

Standard features: a side swing door, designed to keep furnace heat away from user; an atmosphere vent; and a power on/off switch on furnace control panel.
