A highly sensitive thermostat provides completely variable control up to 700°F (371°C). A numbered control dial indicates the approximate temperature setting. Heating elements are made from nickel-chromium alloy and the thermostatic contacts are silver. The heating plate is cast aluminum, and measures 6 x 6 inches with insulation at the bottom; body is of polished stainless steel. Supplied with permanently attached dovetail sockets, pilot light and 6-foot, 3-wire cord and plug.
Operates on 120 volts, 50/60 Hz, 750 watts. UL listed.
