Oil Pear-Shaped PYREX Centrifuge Tube Lifetime-Red with White Graduations, Corning Life Sciences

These PYREX® pear-shaped centrifuge tubes are used for determination of water and sediment in petroleum products. They are fabricated from mold-blown blanks to insure uniform shape and greater mechanical strength. The scale and figures are durable white enamel which stand out clearly against the red color-band on these Lifetime Red tubes. The stem is graduated from 0 to 1.5mL in 0.1mL divisions. The body is graduated from 1.5mL to 5mL in 0.5mL divisions; from 5mL to 10mL in 1mL divisions; and at 15, 20, 25, 50 and 100mL. Reference: ASTM D-96 and D-1966.
