Wheaton Potter-Elvehjem Tissue Grinders

All pestles are made of fluoropolymer resin with a 6.4mm (1/4in) diameter stainless steel shaft. Radius at pestle bottom conforms to radius in bottom of grinding chamber. Grinding chamber is made of low extractable borosilicate glass. Chamber clearance is 0.102–0.152mm (0.004–0.006in).

Grinders are available with smooth pestles or serrated pestles, which disperse homogenate into the mortar cylinder more effectively
Depth of radial serrations is 0.508–0.635mm (0.020–0.025in)
Smooth or serrated pestles are available
Autoclavable and parts are interchangeable
