Similar in construction to 18-2640 except for use with 18-2430 and other furnaces with silicaon carbide elements. The direct reading digital dial is calibrated for type R platinum-platinum 13% rhodium thermocouple. Range from 500 to 1500°C. Overall dimensions: 14 x 10 x 19 inches. For resistive loads up to 60amps on 208/240V, 50/60Hz. See furnace specifications for required voltage. Line cord not included; permanent wiring must be provided by the user.
