For use with 18-2460 Three-Zone Tube Furnaces. Incorporates the same instrumentation features as the single-zone 18-2640. The programmable instrument directly controls the furnace center zone. The end zones are independently controlled by seperate instruments within a range of ±100°C from the setpoint of the center zone programmer. End zones will follow the same temperature profile as the center zone, except for the off-set temperature established in the zone controls.
System includes three digital solid-state instruments and a three-zone triac power supply. Heat losses are balanced and temperature uniformity improved. Overall dimensions are 14 x 17 x 19 inches. Maximum amperage, 20-30-20 (resistive loads up to 70 amps) on 208/240 volts, 50/60Hz. See furnace specifacations for required voltage. Permanent wiring must be provided by the user.
