Controls 18-2540 Crucible Furnace as well as several standard Lindberg/Blue M box and single zone tube furnaces with 1200°C upper limit. This single zone consol is calibrated for Platinel II thermocouples and control range is 100 - 1200°C.
System incorporates a microprocessor-based temperature controller, solid-state power module, and an on/off circuit breaker and thermocouple input jack. The advanced self-tuning temperature controller automatically tunes all PID functions for your thermal process. A selectable ramp-to-setpoint feature allows controlled heatup rate. Two digital displays simultaneously indicate setpoint and process temperatures in °C or °F. Built-in adjustable high limit over - temperature protection.
Overall dimensions: 14 x 10 x 19 inches. Used for resistive loads up to 30 amps on 120/208/240 volts, 50/60Hz. See furnace specifications for required voltage. Permanent wiring must be provided by the user. (Lindberg/Blue M CC58114C)
