This small, reliable tube furnace combines innovative furnace design technology with Moldatherm® ceramic fiber insulation and heating element composite. Heat reflecting inner shell provides cooler outer surface. Built-in microprocesser-based self tuning PID control provides optimal thermal process and prevents overshoot.
Digital controller offers 16 programmable segments, one program with 8 ramps and 8 dwells. Adjustable high limit over temperature protection. Simultaneous LED display of actual temperature versus setpoint. May be configured to display temperature in either °C or °F. Long life type K thermocouple and split hinge design.
Chamber dimensions: bored for one inch O.D. process tube x 12 inches long; overall: 11 1/4 x 15 x 16 inches long. Complete with power cord and plug. For operation on 120 volts, 50/60Hz, 800 watts. UL listed (Lindberg/Blue M TF55035A)
