Furance - Tube, Split-Hinge, 3-Zone for Operation to 1200°C, Independent Control, Lindberg/Blue M

Three-zone tube furnace with split-hinge design permits easy placement of process tube and overall ease of operation. Designed for horizontal or vertical operation. The heating chamber is divided into three independently operated zones, each with its own thermocouple for temperature control reference.

Patented Moldatherm® LGO™ heating element modules provide superior radial and linear temperature uniformity with fast heat-up and cool-down rates. Long-life, energy efficient heating elements require little or no maintenence. Unique cabinet design achieves lower exterior surface temperature for greater energy efficiency and operator sfety. Accepts interchangable Moldatherm® tube adapters 18-2484 for a variety of different O.D. process tubes. Long-life Platinel®II thermocouples with 10' compensated lead wire and polarized plug assure accurate high temperature measurement. Each zone offers full temperature adjustment over the entire operating range to 1200°C.

Power cord and interconnecting wiring supplied by customer. Supplied without 18-2660 Control Console, which must be ordered separately. One set of (2) tube adapters supplied with each furnace: 2.5" O.D. adapters supplied with 18-2460-07 and 3" O.D. adapters supplied with 18-2460-08. Optional stand required for vertical mounting.
